wow, I never realized this. I've only watched about a total of 30 minutes of fox news. are you saying its interesting programming, or that it is tailored to the tastes of the masses? this news channel is smart like a fox, it seems.
the liberal use of tele-bimbos combined with infantile graphics and sound.. It's mesmerizing and goes well with xanax and a strawberry McDonald's milkshake......mass consumption...mmmmmm. Actually, when I'm ready to shoot out the TV, Elvis style, from Rachel Ray overload, the shouting and confrontational style of Fox News makes me realize that maybe Bravo, Discovery, Food Channel, et al ain't so bad.

Shepard Smith, FOX newscaster,(he airs at 2PM and 6PM) is from Mississippi and Destin/FWB. I worked with him when he was still in high school at Hardee's (now Whataburger) by the Destin bridge when Hardee's first opened there. Very cool kid and very smart, hardworking. During the Paris Hilton hamburger debacle, he mentioned working at Hardee's in Destin and mentioning the owner Bill.

Yes,and he's loved in Mississippi! He always speaks well of the south and
Miss. He's at most Ole Miss home games. He is about the only one I watch on that station. I just wish they wouldn't put so much make-up on him.
The week of the Miss. primarty he broadcast live from the square in Oxford. Its a wonder he didn't set up in the grove!

I give high marks to any liberal Democratic candidate (Note: In Fox Noise lingo that would be a" Democrat" candidate-go figure) for appearing with the Fox interviewers--if both Hill and Barack both would be interviewed by them it would give me a better idea as to who will best be able to reach across party lines, stand up to the vast right wing conspiracy, etc., i.e, who may make the best Democratic candidate overall.

If you haven't watched "Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace I suggest you do so. He has had wonderful and insightful interviews every week I have watched him. His interviews with Obama and McCain were extremely good as he questions on the issues as well as all the other guff. Fox news is no more biased than NBC, CNN or any of the others, cable or network. Overall, I think they do a good job and are far more "fair and balanced" than many of the others.
