Honestly I don't "know" her well enough to like her or dislike her.
What I can read or see on media is never enough for me to make a judgement.
Not a fan of Dennis Miller but he made a very interesting statement recently, he said that the more people "hate" on her the more others will rise up to defend her.
That he actually has some fondness for her simply because she annoys many people he does not care for.

Dennis Miller couldn't successfully run with the liberals so he became a bitter conservative. He plays stupid just to appeal to the right.

oh, this is sadly true.
I do not personally love or hate Palin. I am surprised by much of what I've witnessed of her speeches, interviews, etc (due to lack of knowledge, incoherence, etc). I am also very much entertained by her. I loved it when she went on SNL. Highly entertaining. Not sure if her reality TV and media blitz is going to work for her - but its scary that many Americans will be more taken with her than ever and willing to cast an important vote her way. We are a reality TV nation after all.
I'm scared about the possibilities. But I'm also quite entertained. I've gotta give Americans credit though and think that in the end, they will know she is working hard to become a celebrity, not a leader of our country.
Reality TV cannot be a path to the white house. It just can't be. or can it?

All of this "deep looking" into Palin reminds me of the lack of this when it came to Obama...yes the man could read a great speech, but did the public or media really vet him...check out his background, his abilities, his history...nope...they fell under his spell, ignored the obvious facts that was presented...and elected the man president. If we can survive Obama for 4 years (and I hope it is only 4) then we can survive anything. I don't think Palin is presidential material for 2012, but then I didnt think Obama was either. I do think she makes a lot of good points, I don't think she has a hidden agenda, I don't think she would "stick it to America", but I really don't think our country is ready for a woman president, we haven't matured enough to accept a woman as our leader. Other countries have passed us on this level....women still don't get the respect or credit they deserve in our country.
