Free at last! Yep- I am unemployed

If you followed my "suspended from work" drama a couple of weeks ago, you know I turned in my two weeks notice. WELL- today is my first day sans job. :funn:

Right now, just feels like a holiday weekend. I'll see how it goes next week when the full impact of job hunting hits me.

Maybe congrats for now- at least I feel alot less stressed! I will enjoy the whole holiday weekend, then turn full attention to a job search. Plus I can start my official "get through the summer, how many days until Sowal?" vacation countdown.

We are even kicking around the idea of my NOT looking for a job until we get back from vacation in September......time will tell if THAT is feasible! The longest I have been between jobs is 6 weeks since 1981 so I would be willing to embrace such an experiment ;-)
