Sanders Beach Rentals is a luxury vacation rental property management company with properties located in Santa Rosa Beach & 30A.
We are looking for qualified maintenance technicians who will be responsible for performing maintenance inspections on all homes on our program. Inspections will include pre-arrival & departure times. Maintenance technicians will also perform minor repairs during pre-arrival & after a guest request. You will be responsible for noting inspection results through our web-based program & working with teammates to resolve issue on site. You will be responsible for reporting any maintenance issues to manager/supervisor.

Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour

- Conduct routine maintenance on each unit prior to arrival
- Conduct departure inspection to assess for damages
- On-site repairs to resolve issues prior to arrival
- Document inspection results / report to manager
- Effective communication between team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle & equipment
- Landscaping duties around properties
- Required to work varying schedules to reflect the needs of the company
