Local here on 30A looking for the following:

• Budget <= 7k/mo
  
• Furnished
• Oceanfront or lakefront is a plus
• Proximity to Butler is a plus
• No further east than Seaside
• 4-5 bedrooms
• 6 months minimum w/ option to extend—if needed.
• Ability to install outlet in garage for electric vehicle, if not already available. Will pay for installation.
• Must have garage (2 car preferred) or some sort of secure car covering.
• Provide photos and location of property.
• No pets
