Does anyone know why Ga. Tech is starting their season on a Thursday nite (aug. 28) with no TV coverage? They're playing Jax State. Sure would like to see how Perilloux does. He apprently is looking pretty good in scrimmage.
).Jacksonville State (in Alabama) at Georgia Tech (in Atlanta).
http://ramblinwreck.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/sched/geot-m-footbl-sched.html says the game will be broadcast on ESPN360.
I can't decide whether to go to the game or go to the beach. Hubby has to work, so he can't come to the beach. Maybe a father/daughter bonding experience at the game and a mommy/Pepper trip to the beach?
Why would any network want to carry such a sorry excuse of a teamGO DAWGS....SIC EM...WOOF WOOF WOOF
I prefer this Georgia Tech cheer.

The Georgia Tech bands play "When You Say Bud" regularly at GT sporting and alumni events. According to Wikipedia, the band first played the song in 1970 as a tribute to then-head coach Bud Carson, and the tradition has remained strong. "Bud" is played between the 3rd and 4th quarters at football games, during the second half of Tech basketball games, as well as at other sporting events. The Tech band and fans bob up and down to the beat of the song, and end each verse with a rousing "Go Georgia Tech" with increasing intensity, and conclude with the familiar "When you say Budweiser, you've said it all!".
In the rehearsal for Jody's wedding, one of his fraternity brothers and I spontaneously started bobbing up and down around about the 4th quarter of the ceremony when we got bored.
