I stopped at the Chevron on Georgiana and they didn't have premium (My car has to have premium ) but the station across the street did. I was surprised that gas in SoWal was cheaper than in the Nooga. 1st time I've experienced that

My husband was in Germany last week. He said diesel was about $5.50 (converted from Euros) per gallon and regular was about $6.50. He went to a Mercedes dealer and said that 80% of the cars on the lot were diesels because they're so popular due to high mpg. Of course, he says that you don't get the advertised 37 mgh highway over there because he drives about 120 mph on the Autobahn. (Yes, I realize that they use the metric system - my husband just converted the units for me so I wouldn't have to.)
