General Contractor Wanted

I am looking for some General Contractor recommendations. I am a commercial property manager and need someone who is responsive. I have buildings in Pensacola, Ft. Walton Beach, Live Oak, Marianna, and Blountstown.

The company that I work for has some strict insurance requirements - $2M general liability and there will be paper work for vendor set up. The company I am using now is out of Tampa and it is getting old waiting for them to respond.
