Hi everyone,

We're vacationing down here this week and would like to go out and do some nice family shots on the beach, and some with dunes in the background. (Don't worry, we know better than to disturb the dunes!) We're staying in Seacrest at Monterey Condos, which, while beautiful, doesn't have the most scenic backdrop for photographs.

Would Deer Lake SP be a good option? Or any other suggestions?

Thanks so much!

Susan

Deer Lake in nice. We had ours done at Inlet Beach off the public access.

Don't forget white dress shirts and khakis.

Seriously though, Deer Lake would be great, and you could always "wander" to the east just a bit for some really nice dunes. Alys Beach might be an option as well.

Public accesses are the way to go. Resorts are very irritable about their beaches if you are not a guest! Deer Lake or Grayton Parks are nice-- The county access at Orange St. (Inlet Beach) is also fine, and free of charge!

Thanks to you all for the great suggestions. We decided to go to Inlet Beach, and it was perfect! Plus, an added bonus, the sunset yesterday was to die for!
