Yesterday, WEd, was a nice day. We worked in my sis yard planting coconut trees that we got from the nearby grove. it was funn trekking through the woods and then planing what we dug up. After a long day in the yard we went to the local bar, Grabbers (formerly Sunset) it was potluck night. Everyone brings a dish. It was all soo good. I Sowalled the place and then after the picture noticed the flags underneath, Gators, Kurt it was destiny :D

Today, Thanksgiving, was another yard day but finally warmer!!! we looked for sea glass, put a roof on the beach club (pics to come later), went to the grocery store and bought our $7 a gallon milk, $2.50 eggs, $3.00 letttuce, well you get the picture it is crazy expensive....but I guess if you lived here would you rather have no income tax or high prices on goods.....
we ate lunch and afterwards we all walked to this old abandoned house to dig up plants to replant. I got some MAJOR scratches but some good plants so it was worth it. Afterwards we got in the boat and went to the local "shell island" little ibd FOUND a nice conch shell and was sooooooooo excited.
Looking for a great day tommorow....

I caught a nice bonefish and several small baracudas on the flat at the south side of shell island there in June. My daughters must have caught 100 hermit crabs and built a shelter pretending they were on a deserted island which at the time we were. Another great place is between Guana and Scotland Cay. We found tons of small conch, huge starfish and I found a flat where I saw bonefish and caught a good size triggerfish on the flat sight fishing.
