If your sales are looking good, what should it matter if the market is making a turn....or not?

I forgot about the thread, sorry. The spread? Don't you see me standing behind it? I had several people come through and all had positive things to say about the house. It will not be around much longer, I can tell you that.

Congratulations! Although I do agree with SHELLY, who cares about the market, if your getting contracts why does it matter?

The problem with that is, with every passing day, it takes another roll to fill up the Maserati gas tank.
