So, how do we get to Grayton Beach? We don't have a beach driving permit (we're property owners and would buy a 4WD if we knew we could get a permit. I have bad knees and bad feet from running too much. No way I could walk from the boardwalk to the beach even if I were empty handed. I have a permanent handicapped placard. (Aside: Running is not a healthy sport. I wish I had been a "Beach Walker.")

It looks lovely. Maybe someday we'll be able to experience that.

You can get a permit with a placard, but it has to be a Florida placard.
