We just returned from Gravel Road this evening after a great meal. We tried to get reservations at one of the other Greyton Beach places but they were too busy to try and help us so based on what we had read here on SoWal we decided to give it a shot. It was a great meal in a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere with more than reasonable pricing for this area. The snapper was delicious as were the scallops while my son's NY strip (nightly special) was a great steak. Our server Kristina was very knowledgeable about all of the dishes on the menu and I would rate Gravel Road among the best of 30-A. We will definitely go back!

Thanks!

Thank you so much for coming in and trying us out. We are so glad you enjoyed your meal and service and look forward to having you again. Gravel Road has been located in Uptown Grayton Plaza for just over two years. We are proud of our success in the local community. We consider ourselves one of 30-A's best kept secrets (but we don't mind if you tell all your friends!) We have daily specials, early bird special of a free glass of wine from 5pm-6pm and 15 dollar Wednesday night specials. Thanks again for your support and kind words. We hope to impress all of South Walton as we did you.

Went back for the second time this evening. Menu had changed somewhat (a good thing) and a great special as everything was as good if not better than our first visit. Food and service were excellent in a laid back atmosphere. Another great experience that we will definitely do again on our next visit.

Gravel Road is Smooth

Every time we eat at Gravel Road we say to each other why don't we eat here more often. It is consistantly top notch. We have loved every experience.

After long anticipation, I ate with a small group at Gravel Road for the first time late last week. I was a little disappointed after all the positive things I've seen on SoWal. The service was draggy and my pecan pie had a nearly-leather crust.

Otherwise, the entrees and general dining experience were fully up to expectations. I'll definitely give them another try, but I have to say my first experience didn't measure up.

Let the flaming begin...
