For those who have a decent speaker with their computer and have bot stumbled on WUNC public radio, I suggest you check it out...Their news and commentary shows are good, on Fridays, they broadcast something called science Friday and the music is excellent...Check it out..

When you can listen to the Back Porch Music show on Fiday, Saturday and Sunday nights on WUNC. It is good, soothing and pleasant music...Maybe you will enjoy... I just love WUNC

We listen to WNCW via the computer. Great diverse music from new, dead, acoustic, buegrass, plus all of the great NPR shows; morning addition, this american life, prairie home et al.


Speaking of NPR....has anyone else listened to the This American Life shows on the mortgage crisis and on credit default swap? They did such a great job of explaining it all and giving them that great TAL human connection. One is called Big Money, the other played just this past week, I don't remember the name. Worth listening to at thisamericanlife.org
