Join Chef Innocent & me for a very special wine dinner, with an earth-friendly twist. We’ll be
pouring some of our very favorite sustainable, organic and/or biodynamic
vintages, pairing them with creative dishes, and generally enjoying the
pleasures of the season. Each wine on the menu is made from grapes
grown sustainably, organically, and/or biodynamically—and each one
boasts a rating of 90 points or more, so get ready for an evening of wines
that will rock your world, without disturbing the planet in the slightest.
