To the west of St. Louis, where the first Super Wal-Mart was built. That one beats the other one everytime, those that know me on here can definitely attest to that. I hear the Wal-Mart story and I want to

Let your husband tell you how it is the Publix of the midwest several thousand times, it'll get you a little :pissed:.

Well, since he is working late...indulge me. :D I still love that name...I laughed and laughed when I saw my first one (in Belleville).

Hey pea...how's the snow?

Basically I just have to say Publix and I hear for about 5 minutes all the small differences between the two... blah blah blah

Luckily now I just two finger it and it stops.

Kitty, when you raise a kid in Schnucks-ville, you should hear how many ways they say the name before they get old enough to be able to pronounce it correctly. Highly entertaining!
The snow still falleth. I got an email entitled "sledding" that I'm going to share with you because it's a true taste of Belleville:
Hey guys! J*** and i just checked out the sledding hill over at the club. Just so you know, there is a sign up that says "Due to conditions, this course is closed to sledding". i called P***'s uncle who lives next to P***'s parents on the course, and is a member of the club, and asked him what it was about. And he basically said, they put it up to limit liability. They don't have someone monitoring it, but if someone gets hurt they can say, "you should have read the sign". i then asked him if he was planning on letting his grandkids sled tomorrow, shoudl there be a snow day, and he said yes.

caveat emptor, baby! (buyer beware)
Look out, country club golf course! :D
