Palms of Seagrove?

Their beach access that we used after the hurricane wiped ours out in '05 (seems like a long time ago now). The Palms is such a well-managed condo complex--they had their stairs rebuilt in no time at all, and they were very gracious about sharing with their neighbors until everyone was up and running again. :clap_1:

I think a lot of people still use it. We saw many people from across the street use it while we were there. We were in the back building so I probably noticed it more. The beach was very crowded in our area but there are several condos east of the Palms so what would one expect. I was only there a week so I didn't mind. If I were an owner I might feel differently.
