I’ve just finished renovating my home in Grove by the Sea and I have a Guest House that's now available for rent. This is a unique and centrally located housing opportunity in Old Seagrove. Grove by the Sea is 1/2 mile east of Seaside on 30-A.

All of my tenants over the past 20 years have been 20 or 30-something professional women starting careers in the local area and I expect that to continue post-renovation. Pricing and other info for the Guest House is below with availability beginning in November. No smoking/pets. Please call/text for additional details.

Hi Rick.
My husband John and myself, Jacquelyn are very interested. Would this be suitable for us. We are in our late 60's early 70's non smokers. Pet free, quiet love the area and beach . The pictures look very nice! A few questions, If we were to rent. Is there any furnishings besides the appliances? Ie..bbq or TV.
As we would need to purchase and furnish, is there a possibility of securing a longer term rental..2 + years. Option to renew if possible.
If you could also provide the sq footage or floor plan to determine sizes of furniture etc. We will actually be in the area January and February, would love to see in person if possible

Thanks for the compliment. The guesthouse was originally intended as my man cave but it's proven to be popular with my tenants so I just let them have it now.

The guesthouse comes unfurnished and is offered as shown in the photos. I'm afraid I can't offer anything longer than a one year lease. And as you may know, this is a tough housing market and the property may not be available much longer. But if you and your husband are in the area next month please give me a call then or come by and we can take it from there.
