I’ve just finished renovating my home in Grove by the Sea and I have a Guest House that's now available for rent. This is a unique and centrally located housing opportunity in Old Seagrove. Grove by the Sea is 1/2 mile east of Seaside on 30-A.

All of my tenants over the past 20 years have been 20 or 30-something professional women starting careers in the local area and I expect that to continue post-renovation. hi...!!!

yes, the photos show both the main house, the guest house, the yard and the beach across the street. FYI, the guest house and the main house use the same design language but the guest house is 650 sq ft whereas the main house is 1600 sq ft.

I am very interested in this property as a place to stay while I temporarily work in Alys Beach/Sea grove Area.
I am a recent graduate Architect studying for licensure with my office right up the road, so i mostly keep to myself. I have no pets and will not bring a ton of furniture besides bed and desk.
