Oversee is a growing vacation rental management company offering a variety of rental properties along Scenic 30A and western Panama City Beach.

Oversee is looking for someone to join their Guest Services team. Responsibilities include:

• Answer all reservation requests in a courteous and efficient manner
• Provide information about our homes and amenities
• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
• Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Process all transactions of reservations
• Resolve guest problems efficiently, in a manner that preserves goodwill and the overall company objectives

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, a strong communicator, business-conscious, and loves talking with potential guests, homeowners and vendors.

· Organized, detailed and time management oriented
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Technical Skills - Is knowledgeable with VR Industry software
· Ability to learn software applications used in the daily operations of the business

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or GED required
· College degree preferred
· Business /management experience preferred

REQUIREMENTS
· Must have math skills
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must have cell phone
· Ability to work flexible hours
