I'm sure he will be talking about his desire for a national catastrophe fund, which ties in nicely with his 9/11 talking points. He is focusing heavily on that idea while in Florida. Are there other candidates who have brought this up? anyone know?

Regardless of Rudy, I think the fund would be a good thing. If executed correctly it might help reduce homeowner's insurance rates in coastal areas.

He didn't mention "9/11" once. I was surprised. Although the pro-war, pro-PATRIOT Act horse**** he spouted during his brief comments was bad enough.
