The city council in Panama City Beach, Fla., enacted ordinances to curb partying after a “Hannity” special last year exposed the rowdy behavior at spring break.

This year, Sean Hannity sent Ainsley Earhart back to Panama City Beach to see if these new rules had any effect. Cop Breaks Up Spring Break Brawl, Body Slams Drunk Beachgoer “What have we not seen at spring break?” he said.

Earhardt told Hannity that this year was "worse than last year."

Actually watched it. From all the PCB news I do believe this year is worse than ever. But it's nothing new. It is dangerous, for SO many young people. No comment on the commentary.

This is not a liberal/conservative issue. The problem is the thugs, the ghetto rats that are there to prey on the actual college kids on spring break. Call me racist, I don't care.

If you look at the acts booked at the two big clubs, they are mostly rap/hip hop acts. Couple this with the two big clubs "rewarding" certain politicians and PCB has an even bigger problem.

PCB needs to shut down Spring Break as it is, like Daytona and Fort Lauderdale did. It will survive and actually thrive.

It sounds like one of the biggest issues is the "100 mile group" or whatever they are called.

Happy Camper has it on point, although he'll get grief for using "thugs" and "ghetto rats"...

personally, I didn't see where he used any racial description, just a life style description.

Poppy, this is a must watch for you. You'll see what can potentially come over into our area if we do not take proactive measures to prevent it. But, you didn't see pot or the young nude girl as a problem...

Truthfully I think today young people seem to be unconcerned with the consequences of their actions, particularly in how it might affect their future. There are lots of things going on that in the past, people would rightfully keep to themselves. Today, they seem too eager to share everything. This has got to affect employment prospects. I think maybe it's going to take a generation of losers, unable to retire, who have to work until they kick the bucket on the job and crap their pants on a stretcher underneath a white sheet before a lesson is learned. They are just a bunch of young laughing anuses who talk and eat sh!t, much like their baby boomer loser parents who taught them everything they know.

I just don't see pot as being a problem. If there wasn't any pot-smoking going on, I'd be kinda worried. Ya know what I mean? But, stupid, entitled morons who don't know how to peddle pot discreetly...that's annoying. One nude 17 year old girl out of 100's of thousands of girls, well, that's disappointing, too. Can't we get the numbers up?
