Happy 40th peapod!

SJ is right--it's beautiful right now, all the scary stuff is gone! There was even hail this morning.
Right now on the agenda is coffee and hanging out here, then not sure what. At noon I have an appointment at Solace Day Spa in RB; a friend from home surprised me and booked me a spa pedicure there--how nice was that?! Then after, I plan to each lunch somewhere yummy...thinking maybe the Baithouse, but I'm willing to take suggestions/votes!
I need to find Whitey, but I'm not sure where she is--is it Pizitz? If you've PM'd, Whitey, with plans for mayhem, I can't read my PM's!

Who booked the spa?! That was cool!

Indeed, I survived it--lovely toes have I!
My dinner was hijacked, though, by the Borago folks' winter vacation--11/27-12/15, wouldn'tcha know it! So, we headed in the direction of Destin to shop at Silver Sands and see the decorations at Destin Commons. Ended up going to dinner at Graffiti on the recommendation of someone here on the board and my pedicurist. It was a fantastic meal, complete with complimentary homemade tiramisu and "Happy Birthday" written on the plate in chocolate sauce...! All's well that's ends well! :clap_1:

Pretty, sunny day today--I better get started!
We took a long walk on the beach this morning, it was so beautiful. Mr. Pod had never had the experience of being the only person on the beach before; I told him there's nothing like it!
This is our first trip down since the hurricanes, though, and I think as much as we thought we knew what we'd see, we honestly had no idea. Wow. I can hardly wrap my brain around what it must have looked like in the middle of it all.
