Happy Mothers Day everyone!!!

Little IBD made me three cards...

and she wrapped me a plastic blue jewel ring in a waterford crystal bag and box that we found at my moms... She was sooooo proud. I wear it proudly on my pinky finger...

My daughter made me pancake pouches filled with spicy eggs, cheese and ham, a fresh fruit tray, hot coffee and beautiful flowers. I'm going to miss her when she moves out this summer!
My son brought me flowers from the yard and cleaned up all of the breakfast messs.
ChefEd made me a powerful good bloody mary and now they have all left me alone to enjoy some silence!!

2 gifts I got today:

A cancelled lacrosse game due to the weather---- frees up 2 hours!

A beautiful 3 person backyard swing! The kids were telling Mr OL that I really wanted a new puppy yesterday when they went shopping.:roll:

They also got me a ginormous card!:shock:

Yawn, stretch...my family let me sleep in, and now I am enjoying fruit and pancakes on this beautiful morning!

A giant Meyer lemon tree was waiting on the back porch. I received a tiny Meyer Lemon for my birthday, so I guess we are now starting a citrus grove.

Happy Mother's Day all you mothers! (my mother actually said this!)

Happy Mother's Day moms. May your perfectly behaved children serve you breakfast in bed, do the laundry, and clean their rooms without having to be asked.

I would think I woke up on another planet! (Especially if the really big one called "Dad" by the smaller ones was being that good) But, it has been a good day and they have all been surprisingly well behaved. ;-)

I got a 12 hour trip back to Dallas and two phone calls. ...they both remembered! I loved reading all the creative ways y'all were gifted!
