A Mexican dishwasher from Mexico City once gave me some advise, "no vas" (no go). He said that he will never go back from fear of getting his neck sliced open.RiverOtter said:I hear it's real safe too  Got any advise?

My advise is wear a kevlar turtleneck shirt to prevent the knife from penetrating. Perhaps you could rip off the sleeves and slit the back, thereby giving you a tough appearance as well as a cooling effect.
I know people that have said the same thing about Memphis, TN and Atlanta, GA. Stay smart and keep your head on, and you will be okay. :laughing1RiverOtter said:This makes me feel better  ![]()

Wow, that is a great opportunity for him...hope you have a fun safe tripRiverOtter said:My 9 yr old was selected for a pilot project. All year he and 7 other 8/9 yr olds have been video conferencing with a Mexican school. Somehow that turned into a "Hey! lets all go down to Mexico (I think some of the parents must have thought they were going to Cancun  ) and meet these kids" So, my little crum crunchers will be going to a Mexican school for a couple of days. I am excited for the kids. This will be and experience of a lifetime for them.

Montezuma packs a punch. I forgot and brushed my teeth with it one morning and I was a little "sore" for the trip home.![]()
