My wife says to tell you she earned hers on her own and she is proud of the fact. She'll be glad to supply you details as to how she earned them if you want them. Mr entitlement speaks once again but the difference is I have earned mine, now tell us of your military experience and how you earned yours. Yes, I remember the fact that you served.

I'll show you mine if you show me yours.

The healthcare bill was a total disaster for Democrats and will haunt them for years to come. They pushed all their chips in for a crap bill.

Obviously I don't think the healthcare bill is perfect, but many of these not-so publicized reforms and easy to criticize changes were needed.

And you can badmouth it all you want, but at the end of the day it still means some of my friends can now get healthcare.

Sorry if that is such an offensive thing to so many of you, but IMO access to health care and medicine is not something you HAVEN'T earned if you are an American citizen who works full time.

Because once you sort through the Faux news broadcasts, the political lies, and the crap, that is the truth you are left with.

The "deadbeats" you think got healthcare because of this bill already had it and you were already paying for it.

The people this bill helped were struggling middle class folks who previously went without health care because they had to pay another bill or who simply couldn't get it.

So you're saying she receives care because of Tricare? Which is essentially socialized medicine.

I tried to discuss Medicare with my mother the other day, and like many people opposed to the healthcare reform, she finds it easier to put her fingers in her ears. I don't know how much Fox news she is watching, but I am a little concerned. I am really tired of our older citizens being scared to death with untruths and lies.

Your "I Got Mine and To Heck With Everyone Else" mindset is neither fiscally conservative nor fiscally sustainable.

Politics have nothing to do with it-it is simply arithmetic.

Let me share a family vignette with you-Mr. Entitlement.

Your healthcare is being funded by working Americans via payroll deductions.

One of those workers is our daughter.

She has a health condition and cannot get individual health insurance.

Fortunately she was hired to teach 7th grade math before her COBRA benefits expired.

Her condition is easily treatable but very expensive.

Without insurance she has two options-go broke paying for mediciine or suffer.

If she lived in any other developed country or some developing countries, she would not face this dilemma.

At least her pre-existing condition cannot be a reason an employer-sponsored health plan could exclude her. But this is because of the healthcare changes made during the Clinton administration-Hillarycare.

If Hillarycare was not law of the land, she would have two options-go broke or suffer.

You may be OK with her situation, but Mr. Entitlement, I ain't.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

I know, right?

I am tired of it too; we need to find a better way to inform people with the facts.
