Help me get my sister out of ohio!

Hey there!
I am trying desperately to move my little sis to sowal. The story is pretty simple...we are very very close so when i moved here a year and a half ago we were both devistated. she came to visit me last month and decided the first day here she wanted to live here!!! She is 22 years old, single, non smoker, no children. She is a hard worker and im pretty sure i have the work situation squared away for her. Now we just need for her to find a place. I have been looking in papers and i know long term rentals are few and far between right now, so i am relying on the forum to help me out. I live in Blue Mountain so i would like for her to be close. Any where around 30A would great. She really doesnt want a roomate since she doesnt know anyone. A carriage house or garage apt (anything 1bdrm/1 bath) would be great...she is looking for something preferably furnished and utilities included would be helpful, around 700.00 or so per month. I know there are a ton of people looking for long term rentals right now, but it doesnt hurt to get it out there. If you know of anyone or any leads please let me know. I am hoping to get her down within a month or so, so an ear to the ground would be awesome! Thanks in advance, yall are great!

thanks! we are from Middletown (inbetween cincinnati and dayton)....i miss her terribly and saying bye to her when she came to visit was horrible...so we have done nothing but try to figure out how to get her down here since last month!

yeah i tried to tell her, but she wants a place of her own...she is living at home with mom right now (and having to pay rent and share the place with other sis and her baby) and i have a hubby and two kids (9 & almost 3). if worse comes to worse she will have to stay until she can get some money saved up if she wants to come in a month or so. She originally wanted to come in december to give her time to save. Only bad thing is there will be more places to rent, but not so much work. Now is the time to come. Not to mention i miss her

Sounds to me like she hasn't quite got her financial ducks in order....visiting the beach for a week and crashing at Sis's house is one thing--making a living and paying the bills day-in and day-out is entirely another.
