Help- rental house issues

ChickM - It appears to be an upstairs unit. That is a 2 story small condo complex, well located with beach access practically outside the door. Some, if not all, have gulf view. Easy walk to Red Bar. I'm thinking you might be able to see it out the back?? Anyway the condos are one row from beach. Great location imo!

The Villas are short stumble from Red Bar. It's all good.

That's not it. This one is in New Grayton, and they went thru Rivard to rent it.

chick magnet, I think it is the same complex. It's right down from the duplex where we've stayed the past two years, super close to Red Bar. Rivard has two units for rent there.

Have a wonderful time! Please enjoy the balcony - it's the best! You might be the last renters in there for awhile. I think it is coming off the rental program as well.

And yes, I'll be the one with all the chicks around me. Unfortunately, the majority of those will be 12 years old or younger. We will have 7 in our group that fall into that catagory.
