SB44, this is the disagnosis for me from several docs...see my post #2 above.

I agree that this could be a sign of something serious...that's why I recommended everyone check with their doc. This is my experience and it's working for me...but, I am not about to practice medicine without a license...

I'm not worried about you, as you said you went through extensive testing to rule out "the horrible things," but I've had several family members w/ more serious health problems because they were treating a symptom that friends had too, instead of their problem. :wave:

no worries here. my ankle pain is quite clearly due to severe breakage and then replacement and now swelling. and the pain level is much improved since surgery. but will always have some low levels.

after years of dealing with such, my surgeons have encouraged me to be in charge of my own disability (own it), do the research, do the work and find what works best for me. its a lifelong deal.
