My apolagies, to Mrs Rottem Clinton. Thank you for pointing out my errors and I am now able to see what you mean. Woman belongs infederal politics because they will have a motherly aspect to the office. They want be as quickly to start a war, killing so many brave US soldiers over religion and oil. I might consider voting for Hillary in 2008, because at least she will get the Republicans angry and changing their minds on all of this outlandish nonrestrained spending that they have been in for the last 7 years. That is what happened in France and Hillary winning in 2008 would help us all out when she is replaced in 2012. I've talked myself into it. I am going to vote for Hillary. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and ideas and allowing me to voice my freedoms of the 1st Ammendment to the US Constitution.

Hillary 2008!

dinf, although I have no desire for Mrs. Clinton to be the next president, your statement is beyond chauvinistic, it's moronic. Women may not be as physically stong as men, but that is the only ability that should limit them to any job. Claiming that the physical cycle of women deems them unworthy for the job is ridiculous. You and fabian will make great bedfellows indeed. It should be fun watching it unfold, but you may want to be wary of having him as your self proclaimed mentor.

Well, Hillary does it again. She is a crass opportunist who's hypocrisy is very transparent. She is one of 14 senators to vote AGAINST the Iraq supplemental to support the troops (along with Obama). The vote.... 80 to 14. It was purely a vote to placate the left which controls the democratic party. She is running for president, THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF. What a great message for the troops !! She has zero character, principles, and integrity. Of course she will spin it to make herself look good. How pathetic and sad.
I am totally against the war but I want my president to have character and principles even if he or she is wrong on the issue. Vote your conscience not your self serving interests. Bush is a disaster...one of our worst presidents, but he has principles, although I disagree with him on virtually everything. I like the devil I know not the devil I don't know. McCain is a person of integrity and experience....I support him. I also like Guiliani, Richardson and Gore, if he decides to make the plunge. If we wind up with Clinton, we have no one to blame but ourselves. She is a chamillion (sp) who will blow with the political wind.

If Gore decides to run, and wins, do you think he will put Hillary on the ticket as VP?

I am sick of hearing that a vote to cut funds hurts the troops! Do you think they will have to hitch hike home? The ones who hurt the troops are the ones that put them there without the proper equipment, twist the mission, and keep them there! Oh, by the way, if you want to support the troops ...sign up! Most of the troops have done way too much already. A vote against funding is support for the troops!

Congrats, I am fairly certain you proudly own three of the four most inane posts in SOWAL history. Keep up the good work!

Hilary? I think you are trying to be a funny guy here. I'm laughing.:rotfl:

But while we are on the subject, let me share my greatest Presidential election fear (well, next to another 4 years of a Republican presidency)- that Hilary would win the Dem nomination. We would be sunk - she would not have a chance of bringing any moderates over from the other side, and there are probably more people in this country that would cast a Republican vote JUST to vote against her.

We really need to be considering a Democratic candidate that would have at least a little appeal to the masses.
