Thanks for posting that Supreme Court case, 30ashopper. It won't be long before they are regulating your backyard garden, based on that case. If you grow a vegetable garden, you eat less produce from Mexico, Chile and California, and that would affect the marketplace, right? Our government is so great at trying to get money that it steps on the true greatness of our government.

This is why I think Prop 19 will pass. I see all kinds of this literature everywhere. We also live in the most conservative town in Orange county(Huntington beach).

It seems that those that are against it out here have something to lose like they have a clinic or are already a grower.

I have heard many feel the bill is badly written and will be a big step in the wrong direction. Also, the dispensaries and offices that prescribe medical marijuana have really been pushing hard in ads for people to vote no on 19.
They were all originally for it but now once they realize they may be done have begun to speak out against it.

I need to read the bill. I am on the fence.

Ah yes, the legal drug pushers are against legalization. Not surprising.

What is surprising are the number of politicians and grougs that are against it. I would have expected better support.

I don't think it's so much that people are against the legalization, just a bad bill.

I don't understand why the dispensaries are against it since it's already legal for you to grow your own medicinal marijuana, correct?
