Haha! The funny thing is that I met Jessica down in Seaside when I was probably in 8th grade. Her family lives right outside of Seaside and we would come to Grayton. We were "vacation" friends and just stayed in touch. We rented a place together in Grayton one summer while we were in college and ran crazy in Sowal.

We actually have a group (we are all about 24-26) that met down there and have stayed in touch through college and now out of college- and we always have reunions. Especially new year's. Jessica and I actually made the wall in the Red Bar. Ollie hung up our picture! We have people from Ga, Missisippi, Al, FL, ect. It's great! They are all some of my best friends and we all met in Sowal!

We can thank Sowal for the "A-Team." We only meet a few times a year and it gets better every time.

And jeas, it's so hot down here. I Hope it cools off in NYC before I get there.

It is so nice in the Fall. Mid September gets really nice...and then into early October. The fall is beautiful when the leaves are still on the trees in the park. Fall may be one of my favorite times up here!

I want to go to NYC - when does it cool off there?
The wife and I and about 7 other couples are headin' that way for the And1 basketball game the 27th of this month. Madison Square Garden. Should be pretty fun. It is a little bit work time for her and some of the others but the husbands plan on gettin' out and seein' the sights. Any suggestions? Flown through New York a few times and really didn't get too much time to experience the city like you should.

Oh you are going to be here for the US Open! I would definitley reccommend getting some day tickets or even night tickets and go out to Queens! Hit a Yankee's game too if they are playing while you are here. I would also reccommend the Circle Line tour that is a boat tour around the tip of Manhattan. If you want to go to the Statue of Liberty hop on the Staten Island Ferry and ride to Staten Island and back. They have $2 tall boy beers and those are the cheapest beers you will find! Hit the Museum of Natural History, the Met and the MOMA if it's hot out. Stroll around SoHo on food and roam into Chinatown. I would definitley go up to the top of the Empire State Building at night...gorgeous view and the line shouldn't be too bad. I would even reccommend taking one of the double decker buses. You can hit the whole city on that. I would just stay awake! No sleep! There is soo much to do!!!
