I wanted to share hospital ratings I saw in www.consumer Reports.org
A "safety score" rating-higher the better- was listed for some panhandle hospitals.
This refers to infections and errors etc.
Mayo clinic, Jacksonville 61
Capital Regional Medical Center, Tallahassee 58
Gulf Coast Medical Center , Panama City 49
Sacred Heart, Pensacola 44 (our local Sacred Heart not rated)
Fort Walton Beach Medical Center 39
