They do not exist as you imagine them. Beef O'Brady's on the west side in The Market Shoppes and Shades on the west side are the best approximations imho. Jambones on 98 are really tasty but they are very different as they are smoked before (usually) recrisping ( they are soggy very rarely ) in the oven I assume and sauced again. The smoked put me off the first time and then I began craving the flavor....thai sauced ones are very tasty, though the sauce varies according to who is prepping, in my experience.We are craving some good hot wings.
