That is okay, I bought a few extra cases. Come on down and I will share.

The girl at PUBLIX said a couple of guys brought their truck up and they loaded full pallets into their trucks?

SJ do you drive a truck?

I cannot divulge prividged information, but I will state that I did not purchase a pallet of beer in the last week. I talked to the Bud guy at Publix last Sat. He had been busy keeping the shelves stocked. He told me that he had just finished loaded 40 cases into one man's car. I mean, the beer was cheap.

We always get stuck in a monumental traffic jam in Nashville, so we can never make it to 30-A in less than 13 hours, even if we pull an all-nighter (I'm getting too old for those!).

Does anyone drive farther than us?
It takes me about 90 seconds on my bike. Five minutes if I drive down to Grayton. High traffic days sometimes add a little time.

20-30 seconds, depending on traffic! I live off of 30A, in Seagrove Beach. I'm a transplant from B'ham, due to my 1st Grandchild(Jacob, now 1)! Nana loves it ,too! I sure don't want to have to run, from another whirlwind! Last time, we evacuated(Dennis) to North AL(Cullman) to my mother's and with all the food and cakes, gained a little weight! We had a great time though, simply catching up and staying up late playing cards. My son(Russ) was able to see the family for first time in over 3 yrs., due to his Military service. He was overseas in Afghanistan and based in Fort Drum, NY. After living 25 miles from the Canadian border, he's lovin' this! :clap_1: Thank God, he's now here and out for good! That it, unless he's pulled back in. Apparently, the Govt. has 8yrs. to do so :nono1: .

well, it normally takes about 6-8 minutes to drive from the bayou in Pt Washington to Grayton Beach.

However, if we stop at Publix for wine, cheese, wine, and more wine, then it takes about 15 minutes.

Once we get to the beach, we're there past sunset and into the evening... life is ruff (where is the barking dog smilie kirky-baby?).
