$15.00 on hair, sometimes $30.00 if I need to go twice. Nails nothing, unless you want me to average the monthly cost of nail clippers over about 10 years.

I cut my own hair, and clip my own nails, so zero! Thank Cod! Cutting hair and clipping nails is expensive.

I smashed 2 fingers in a sliding door, so I only have 8 full nails right now. Wonder if I could get a discount on a manicure since I am 2 short?:dunno:

When I get a haircut it's $35 (and that's because I have her blow it out/style it for me).

I don't have someone else do my nails unless it's for an event like a spa day for someone's b-day. I am hell on a manicure, so it's a waste of money to get one and destroy it within hours. Love pedicures though!

Used to get acrylics. Gave them up for health reasons about a year ago, and surprisingly, my own nails look just fine (it took awhile, though). I could certainly use a manicure, but I'm so hard on my nails that it's not worth getting one until needed for a special occasion. So I no longer have that expense. Also used to get my hair colored at the salon, but now do my own, so that went from about $70 to $7 every 5-6 weeks or so. Ironically, I've gotten more compliments on the color now that my dye job is a DIY job. I think my ever increasing supply of grays provides "natural" highlights with the color. Still get a salon cut about every 6 weeks - $35 plus tip.
