I think the whole network got punked on this one. I can't believe that not one "journalist" at F the News called BS. This isn't halfway believable.

For a government to waste money, is very believable, especially in California. Here in the US, we waste billions on "fighting the war on drugs." In comparison, we don't spend much at all on treatment and education of drugs. Believable? It should be unbelievable, but it is the norm. There is no news here.
