How to brighten up this kitchen

Very nice color. I love green too, all different shades of green. And the mural is a cool idea if you can't be at the beach. I think you'll love it.

I'm the same way - my house actually looks like a beach house in a way, for that very same reason. I have shells, coral, sea fans, etc., all over the place.

I have already bought some stick on wallies, one design is palm trees and the other sea shells. You can stick them on and peel them off and move them around. Those are going to go in both bathrooms. The palm trees will go perfectly in our full bath. Perfect with the lighter blue tile and white walls in there. And our bedroom is virtually without furniture right now as we only have the bed and a dresser base in there right now. We have thrown out two in need of replacing nightstands and one chest of drawers. So it will be fairly easy as to painting that room. We will probably have to save the spare bedroom until last. It is our storage room so to speak.
