Sister Brush! I been thru some sheeet this week too. Thank goodness police brutality wasn't part of it. That sucks for your hubby. Hope he's feelin' better. It's kinda hard to tell whether just to pay the 96 bucks or 
IMHO, when it comes to dealin' with John E. Law you might be better off just payin'. It may not be worth any more of your mental money. :roll:

WhatMy question is this: should they fight it, or should they just bite the bullet and pay the money? I say they should fight it. Even if they get nothing from it, at least they can get the word out about how inhumanely they were treated.
Well i thought you might want to know the outcome. We decided to suck it up and take the cheap way out and not even try to fight it. It still hurt though. 4 tickets to show $100, Drunk In Public ticket $96.00, Emergency Room Bill from Henrico hospital $104. I spent a total of $300 that night and didn't even get to see the show.
It still makes me mad though, it was all so un-necessary on the officer's part. I guess cops are allowed to beat up on the rest of us and get away with it.

Well I thought I was dealing with the situation pretty well until today when another Henrico Hospital bill came. It's for the physician who examined tater vixen's dad's head. Another 265.50. That makes a total of $565.50 for the evening (so far). Next time I go to a concert, I'm going alone.
