Amazingly, I have to go to WM today...I'll smell it!!! Will probably buy it. Have you tried that scrubber thing for glass cooktops? I'm gonna check that out too. I can't spend too much on cleaning products though..I have to gamble on Tuesday/Wed. :D

I have that sign in my kitchen. I hope I'm funn, cause I sure as heck don't have a clean house!!!

What srubber thing? You must post a picture please. Let me know if you like the smell of the Fantastic. Happy gambling!!!

My idea of housework is to sweep the room with a glance...

My Mother gave me this sign.

Love it!

We should start a support group. :D Here is another product that smells wonderful, seriously a very fresh clean smell. I use it on my glass stovetop and counters.

If you get out today and haven't already, go smell it! I too pour the remaining product in the new bottles. It takes a looong time for me to go through a bottle of product though. ;-)

That is good stuff! It does smell wonderful. We should never buy perfume. Just dab some of our favorite cleaning products behind our ears instead.

FBB told me our dating days that I smelled like his mother's fabric softener.....I married him anyway.

This is starting sound like Hints from Heloise....all I did was complain about my Swiffer, and now I am armed with all sort of cleaning "trade secrets"

Not too sure about a dab "Fantasric" behind the ear as a replacement for colone though.

We hate it DD because it NEVER ENDS. Make bed, sleep in bed, repeat. Cook dinner, serve dinner, clean dinner dishes, put away, repeat. Clean shower, use shower, repeat. Clean floors, walk on floors, repeat. ARGHHHHHH!!!! And face it - the pay sucks!

I am not sure what is going on (maybe it is my puck off attitude? :D) but, sowal.com has been extra super funn lately!

Oh, in related news...I am posting so much because I got a good night's sleep, I am excited about DD designing my gardens and my husband and son are so tired of listening to me they asked me to leave the room.

I snapped my swiffer over my leg.

:clap:ME TOO!!! the swiffer may be good for a very small area, but I have a lot of wood floors, with some tile and vinyl. they need real cleaning. the swiffer is not a real cleaning tool, imo. I use the good old fashioned goodwill mop - no twister thingy or anything. just a good cotton mop. it does need to be replaced once or twice per year. but it works better than any other ridiculous gadget I've ever tried.

Never used a Swiffer, except when at my 'rents in GA. I gave up on it after about 5 minutes.

I live with Mr. Clean and we have a GIANT industrial size mop bucket. It's seriously one of those big yellow ones. That and the new "green works" dilutable cleaner by Clorox are our cleaners of choice. That finally got Mr. OM (AKA Mr. Clean) off the PineSol. Smells great, cleans great and it's inexpensive.

Gadget-wise (or actually not), we keep our floors clean with that, a broom and a vacuum.

Mr. Clean works wonders - but I don't use on floors. I use Green Works on counters. what do you guys use on wood floors? I use white vinegar and lavendar essential oil (a few drops) in warm water. works well, but wondering if there might be anything better out there I need to try?

DD, I honestly thought I was the only person in the world who did this. You should see my cabinets at the amount of cleaning products I have. Now ask me the last time I actually cleaned my house? Seriously, it is an obsession of mine as well. Today is the day though. It is raining and gloomy here so it will happen sometime today. I don't know when though. I might just "hit the high spots" though. You know just the surface stuff to make you look like you actually cleaned the whole house. And then again, I might just bowl a bowl of Fabuloso on the counter and call it a day.

thanks for this tip. I shall start doing this asap.
