I want to cook your Memorial Day BBQ!

Hey Everyone,

I want to cook BBQ pork butts for YOUR Memorial Day cookout! Let me do all of the work while you enjoy the day off.

I'll be cooking delicious, slow smoked, whole Boston Butts that average 8-10lbs prior to cooking and 7-9lbs when they come off the grill.

They will be packaged and ready for the table when you pick them up. All you have to do is eat them.

The cost is $25 per butt and will usually yield about 24 1/3lb servings or sandwiches. 1/3lb is a normal restaurant serving btw.

Right now, I'm shooting to have them all done and ready for pick up by noon on Monday. If there are enough people who order and want theirs on Sunday I'll cook some then too.

Thank you for cooking those pork butts! They made the BEST BBQ sandwiches ever! Please keep us informed whenever you are cooking. Cause we're buying. I understand you cook a lot during football season for the high school. and this is a good thing for locals (and visitors) to know so they can pick it up for an easy but outstanding BBQ meal.

Your grill is impressive! Have you posted a picture around here to let folks know its available for parties, for rent, etc?
