Target has also been trying to phase out any unnecessary plastic packaging - you will see much more of their products are now in cardboard boxes and NOT shrink wrapped.

I would love to see the syrofoam/plastic at Publix go away and be replaced with non-plastic options - cardboard works for egg cartons, paper works for baked goods, we can use corn based bags for produce, and liquid/juicy stuff can go in the same biodegradable containers Seaside/Jambones used.
