Well, now you tell me!
Eggzachary---I thought a few were enlightening, too!
:rotfl:...it's very hard to breathe right now!

Ya' know, sarafunn slept in a drawer!

I'll show the first one to my mom. When I was eighteen months, she picked me up by my arm and dislocated my shoulder. The next week they took me to a football game and I fell through the bleachers. She had to catch me by my head. She says she was starting to worry that DFACS was gonna come after her!

I never slept in a drawer, but I slept in luggage racks on buses just about every summer when I was a teenager. I don't blame my parents for this.

Ok, I never raised a baby...so, to really clear an infants nose you use a suction device to pull the snot out? For real....?

I thought they were little cornish hen basters!

I did some digging. I found that these are from a book called "Safe Baby Handling Tips" by David and Kelly Sopp.

Whaaat?! Why?!

My dad was building the house and it wasn't quite ready when I came along. They were using my grand parents travel trailer for the time being and there just wasn't room to set up a crib. That reminds me of a rant about being pregnant in a travel trailer we got at least once a year.

I haven't either, but I knew what it was.

Couldn't afford a bassinet after buying all the baby furniture. My mom saw how exhausted I was and pulled out a drawer and put it on a chair by the bed. Voila...problem solved! sarafunn actually has that dresser now in her bedroom in Austin. Wonder if she gets sleepy when she opens the drawers? :D
