I'm so sorry for the damage, and glad you are safe.

Will you hate me if I tell you that I love storms and tornado season? I don't want loss of life, injury, or property damage, but I think they're fascinating, even though my town has been hit by several catastrophic F5s...

The lightning was really cool! It was what I call "finger lightning" - a lot of it horizontal across the sky.
My dog ran all the way on her walk. She managed to quickly get her jobs in but there was no stopping to smell anything. She hates storms.

Crack me up Nohall!!! I guess I am kind of a junkie too. My family always calls me to find out what going on b/c I am usually warning them days ahead of time. I have lived most of my life in Kansas and Oklahoma, so I have seen too many and they are fascinating. I am convinced they tend to follow a certain path around here. They alway seem to hit in similar locations.

Good news, so far no loss of life. Ardmore, Ok was hit late tonight in the dark, so hoping the news is good for them in the daylight.

Thanks for all the well-wishes. We are fine. For the curious ones, the biggest residential damage was in the area of Oak Tree, where the PGA has been held before.

Sunkist is a weather junkie too. The storms scare the sheet out of her, but she loves them in a twisted sort of way. She's just like y'all. She ALWAYS knows what's going on with the weather.
