The Grill is awesome--but open only for lunch, AFAIK they close at around 4pm.
Yummy grouper.

Thanks for all the info Cill...I have your phone number in my cell...will try not to dd you! Yes, because of SJ I will take a calling card with me.

I'm just razzing ya, I know you collect shells, but it sure was funny to see above that you bought new boots for the occasion. :funn:

 I know you love to razz me! What did you expect me to hike around the sand in my Jimmy Choo's, Christian Louboutins or Stuart Weitzman's?!:dunno: My wellies are reaaaaly cute!

I spoke to Lisa_at_the_beach...she was laughing so hard she was crying...she said it is like Eva Gabor in Green Acres:dunno:

You have to pop in to Avenue E for shopping. The couple that owns it --Joe and Jeanine--used to own my very favorite store in Columbus, GA (1617 Wynnton) before relocating to Appalachicola a few years ago. They have another store on the same block with crisp, clean, modern things, too. I can't remember the name of the modern store...something like Blue. :clap_1:

Now were talking!:clap_1: I will go in each store and tell them Rapunzel sent me!

Thanks Peapod1980! I will print all of this out and take with me...now we are talking! There are several good home stores there to browse through....of course I take files on all my trips..the family & friends all make fun of me, but who do you think they turn to for information?!

I do appreciate all the good suggestions...it helps when you are trying out something new! :clap_1: :clap_1:

Thanks SJ...i knew i could count on you...unlike the peanut gallery!
Cil also suggested shelling in Cape San Blas she says it is the best. Will try not to step on the stingrays...won't be swimming with the sharks!
I am really looking forward to it! Will take my camera and try to pay you back for all of your grayt photos!
On the Bay side of Cape San Blas, if you wade out (remember the Stingrays and Sharks), you will see more wildlife in a day than you will see in SoWal in a year. I kid you not. The Gulf Side of the Cape is loaded with shells. You will have your pick.

As you go through Mexico Beach, stop in at a very cute ice cream store called "Scoops Up". There's a pink jeep with a surf board out front. Stop in and say hello to a friend of mine, George, who moved to Mexico Beach from here a few months ago. He loves to talk and is just a very friendly guy! He also makes a great milk shake!
