01. FROZEN MEALS

COTTAGE PIE $20
Just like granny used to make…but not really! Grassfed ground beef sautéed with loads of veggies, and topped with a roasted garlic cauliflower crust!

COCONUT CURRY CHICKEN $20
If you love flavor then you will love this dish. Ground chicken and cauliflower slow simmered in a yellow coconut curry sauce.

STEWED EGGPLANT $12
Diced eggplant, onions and tomatoes simmered down and then spiced with a smoky paprika twist!

KALE AND FENNEL MEATBALLS $25
12 Grassfed beef meatballs stuffed with kale, carrots and fennel seed. It’s Marla’s favorite and promises to be a crowd pleaser!! (Serves 3-4)

CHICKEN AND KALE LASAGNA $22
You won’t miss the noodles in this lasagna! Homemade chicken sausage, kale and fresh red sauce, layered thick! Topped with fresh mozzarella and busting with flavor! (Serves 2)

02. FRESH SIDE

CILANTRO LIME CHICKPEA SALAD $8
This fresh and flavorful combination is a great side salad or simple snack!

03. TREAT

PALEO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES $5
Simple almond flour cookies sweetened with maple syrup and organic chocolate chips. MMMM good!

You are correct! For The Health of It is carrying meals in their freezer section!
