Looks like this low (which killed 150 people in Guatamala) has slipped out into the Gulf and is now known as Invest 91:

Actually I was pulling for this one to develop. Keep in mind that hurricanes rotate counter clockwise. With the one path it might nicely sweep the oil back towards Louisiana, unfortunately that's not going to happen now.
