Right about dead center is the sign. My zoom feature isn't working on my digital. Anyone know how to fix it? The sign has red text and is a for sale sign. I took this pic about 200 yards East of Stinky's. The sign is immediately across from Stinky's. The people this sign faces would be people traveling the 30-A route and so, IMO is using the scenic corridor as its intended target audience. It is not pointing at the homes behind it and is only readable from 30-A.

Talked to Code Enforcement today. They think the sign is on private property. I looked at the plat and it looks like its on private property. It's advertising the property behind it. They are still investigating.

All real estate signs on 30a are targeting the scenic corridor audience.
