I'm located five minutes from Grand Blvd and ten minutes to 30a. I'm looking to share the house with one person.
Fenced in back yard, community pool. I work at a law office during the week and I wait tables at Baytown on the weekends.
The other two bedrooms are unoccuppied and I intend to leave them that way. I have exercise equipment in one room and the other room is for storage. Garage with plenty of storage space if you need it. $500 deposit and $1,350.00 per month includes everything.
No drugs but 420 friendly. I can furnish the room with a bed and a dresser or you can have it empty and bring your own bed, etc.
Has full access to entire house including full kitchen and laundry room. I'm neat and respectful, hopefully you are too!
