It's a lovely day

Been raining now for almost 24 hours. Cold. Sorta windy.
And, it's Mr. DD's birthday. So, I'm up early, freezing my ass off, getting ready to go downstairs and make crock pot beef bourguignon for the birthday boy and our friends tonight. He doesn't know they're coming.
I'm starting to think I need to add Noah to the guest list...just in case.
